Furikake seasoning, refers to a range of dried, normally mixed seasonings made especially for sprinkling on top of rice.
Furikake can also be used to flavour rice-based snacks such as sushi rolls and onigiri rice balls.
Ingredients: Sesame seed, sugar, seaweed, salt, maltodextrin, caramel.
